Cast iron deep dish sausage pizza

They say the more the merrier. So pile up the sausages, mushrooms, onions, and cheese curds until you can't see the dough anymore. Chef, Randy Feltis is cooking up one big pizza party on the deep dish!

Ingredients

10oz
dough ball, stretched
4
poutine sausages, sliced
2 cups
mushrooms
1 cup
spinach, sautéed
1 cup
carmelized onions
2 cups
cheese curds
1 cup
white sauce, (béchamel)
Splash
olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Coat cast iron pan with olive oil and gently place pizza dough about 3/4 way up the rim. Spread white sauce evenly, top with mushrooms, spinach, onions and sausages. Spread out cheese curds and season with salt and pepper. Give it a splash of olive oil and bake at 400 for 35 min  Remove and let rest, cut and serve in 4, 6,8 or even 1!
