Creamy spaghettini with crab

Ingredients

1 lb
spaghettini pasta
1/2 cup
onion, finely minced
carrots, finely minced
celery, finely minced
2 tbsp
parsley, chopped
1/4 cup
White wine
1 cup
35% cream
2 tbsp
butter
2 tbsp
olive oil
10 oz
Crab meat
2 oz
caviar salmon
2 tbsp
weed Dill

Instructions

  • Boil the Spaghettini in plenty of salted water.
  • Sauté the vegetables and garlic in olive oil and butter until completely caramelized, add the wine and simmer until reduced by half, add the cream and simmer for a minute.
  • Once the pasta is cooked add it to the sauce and simmer until slightly dense, taste for correct seasoning.
  • Add the crab and the fresh herbs and toss well. Plate in bowls and top with the salmon caviar.
