Mashed cauliflower with nutritional yeast

Ingredients

large Cauliflower, stems and florets cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 cup
Nutritional yeast
1 tbsp
Almond milk
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pepper
2 tbsp
chopped Chives, fresh

Instructions

In a steamer basket, cover and steam cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. Using a potato masher, mash cauliflower until the texture of mashed potatoes. Add nutritional yeast, almond milk, salt and pepper; stir until combined. Top with chives.
