Bologna Bread

mortadella

sliced gherkins

Tomato Bread with Burrata

large, ripe, beefsteak tomatoes, grated

garlic clove, grated
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
splash
red wine vinegar

burrata
6 leaves
fresh basil

Avocado Smoked Salmon

ripe avocados
4 slices
smoked salmon
1/4
red onion, sliced paper thin
6 pinches
fresh dill
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
1/2
lime

Zucchini Ribbon with Salty Cheese

peeled zucchini
3 oz
grated manchego
2 oz
fresh mint
1 oz
olive oil
1/2
lemon juice, and zest
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper

Instructions

Olive oil flat breads Prep time 20 minutes Cook time 4 minutes Special tools  cast iron pan.
  1. Pat pan thin with fingers and fry in a cast iron pan with olive oil at medium heat.
  2. 2 minutes per side Top with the magical ingredients below
Bologna Bread
  1. Fold mortadella and place on bread.
  2. Toss remaining ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle on top.
Tomato Bread with Burrata
  1. Place grated tomato and garlic in a strainer and rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove and season with salt pepper and vinegar.
  3. Place on bread and garnish with Burrata and basil
Avocado Smoked Salmon
  1. Slice avocado and place on bread, season with salt and pepper and splash with lime juice.
  2. Top with salmon, garnish with onion and dill
Zucchini Ribbon with Salty Cheese
  1. Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Place on bread and enjoy!!!
