Really great turkey burgers

Succulent simple turkey burgers.

Ingredients

450 g
ground turkey
½ cup
panko
2 tablespoons
soy sauce
1 teaspoon
sesame oil
1
green onion, finely chopped
1 clove
of garlic
1 teaspoon
hot chili garlic sauce, (optional)
1 tablespoon
canola oil
buns, lettuce, tomatoes

Instructions

1.Mix the turkey, panko, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, garlic and chili-garlic sauce until well-combined. Shape mixture into 4 ½-inch patties. 2.Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add oil, then add patties and cook 2 to 3 min per side or until golden. Reduce heat to low and cook 4 to 7 min or until cooked through.
