Creamy coconut oil coffee

One cup of coffee per day can help to increase physical performance and is also rich in anti-oxidants!

Ingredients

1 cup
organic coffee
1 tablespoon
coconut oil
1/4 cup
unsweetened almond milk, or organic skim milk

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee (organic coffee if possible)
  2. Place brewed coffee and coconut oil in a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 10-15 seconds until froth forms.
  4. Drink and enjoy.
