extra lean ground beef
¼ cup
grainy Dijon
3-4 Tbsp
horseradish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together beef, mustard and horseradish, mix well. Form 12 meatballs.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165F
