Best garlic bread

This garlic bread is a great side dish to any meal!

Ingredients

cloves garlic, , minced

tablespoons salted butter

tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 loaf
ciabatta bread or baguette, split in half lengthwise
4
tablespoons freshly grated parmigiana cheese
Finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Add garlic, butter, and olive oil into a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes or until the butter is melted.
  2. Toast both halves of the split bread under your oven broiler until it is toasted and golden brown in color. Brush the bread liberally with the garlic-oil mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Return to the broiler and brown for another 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Cut into squares and serve hot.
