Panzanella salad

Ingredients

3 cups
large diced stale sour dough
3 cups
large diced heirloom tomatoes
2 tbsp
chopped garlic
1
red onion, chopped
1/2 cup
really good olive oil
Splash
red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Handful
torn basil

Instructions

In a large fry pan toast bread in olive oil, Add garlic and onions. Remove when golden and mix with remaining ingredients top with fresh basil and serve.
