Meatballs With White Wine

These meatballs are the perfect pairing for any pasta dish - PLUS, they contain a special secret ingredient!

Ingredients

lb ground beef
2
slices white bread
1/2
cup milk
1/4
cup white wine
1
cup grated parmigiana
1
shallot, grated
2
cloves garlic, chopped
2
tablespoons olive oil
2
tablespoons chopped parsley
1
heavy pinch kosher salt and pepper
3
cups tomato sauce

Instructions

Special tools: box grater
  1. Bring tomato sauce to a soft simmer.
  2. Mix bread and milk together, tear apart and make a paste. Add olive oil, wine and parmigiana.
  3. Add beef, garlic, shallots and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Now mix it with authority.
  6. Now do it again. Don’t worry this will make them light and fluffy.
  7. Mold into 1.5 oz balls and softly poach in tomato sauce for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove and serve, in a sub, pasta, polenta, garlic bread or all the the above.
