Roasted turkey breast flavoured with lemon and rosemary.

Ingredients
splash olive oil
1 tbsp
chopped rosemary
1
lemon, sliced
2 nubs
butter
salt and pepper

Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 450F.
- Season breast on both sides with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place breast skin down and top with lemon slices and butter.
- Roast at 450F for 20 minutes.
- Then turn oven down to 275F and roast for 40 minutes. Baste every 10 minutes once turned down.
- Remove let rest for 15 minutes. Then carve to desired thickness.
