Lemon Rosemary Roast Turkey Breast

Roasted turkey breast flavoured with lemon and rosemary.

Ingredients

splash olive oil
1 tbsp
chopped rosemary
1
lemon, sliced
2 nubs
butter
salt and pepper
1
turkey breast

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 450F.
  • Season breast on both sides with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place breast skin down and top with lemon slices and butter.
  • Roast at 450F for 20 minutes.
  • Then turn ‎oven down to 275F and roast for 40 minutes. Baste every 10 minutes once turned down.
  • Remove let rest for 15 minutes. Then carve to desired thickness.
