Corn and vegetable kabobs

Ingredients

cobs corn, cleaned and sliced
1
green pepper, cut into large pieces
1
yellow onion, cut into large pieces
20
pitted black olives

BBQ sauce

1/3 cup
ketchup
1/4 cup
corn syrup
1/2 tsp
tabasco
harissa, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the barbecue to high.
  • Thread pieces of corn, green green pepper, onion and olives onto skewers.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Cook the brochettes approx. 10 min., basting frequently with the homemade BBQ sauce.
