Lobster taco pizza (perfect for IG)

Ingredients

1 16 inch
pepperoni pizza
1 lb
lobster meat

small corn tortillas
2 heads
kohlrabi julienne
1 head
frisee
6
radishes julienne
2
sliced green onion
1
lime juice, and zest
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1
sliced chilli
1 teaspoon
butter
1 tablespoon
creme friche
3
ripe, pulled, smashed avocados
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium saute pan melt butter, chillies and lobster. Heat through then add creme friche, salt pepper and green onion.
  2. Toss kohrabbi, frisee, radishes with lime juice and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas and place a small amount of lobster in each. Top with veggies and place around the rim of the pepperoni pizza. Spread pulped avocado on top and garnish with more creme friche and maybe a tin of caviar!!
