Grilled Patty Pan Salad with King Crab, Avocado & Mint

A great summer dish of king crab paired with fresh avocado and mint leaves.

Ingredients

1 large
king crab leg
1
avocado
1 handfull
of chopped fresh mint
1
lemon, juiced and zested
4 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice patty pans with mandoline, two dimes thick
  2. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper grill at high heat one minute per side
  3. Place on plate. Top with sliced avocado and King crab
  4. In a small bowl mix, olive oil, lemon, mint salt and pepper
  5. Pour over entire salad and serve
