Veggies ‘n’ Dip

• Carrot sticks or cucumber with 2 tbsp hummus

• Celery sticks with 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter

• 4 zucchini slices topped with 1 tsp pesto + 1 ounce of low fat cheese

• ¼ cup plain yogurt + favourite herbs + lemon juice w/ veggies

• Cucumber boats (scoop of out the seeds) + 2 tbsp hummus

• Sweet bell peppers, sugar snap peas or/and cherry tomatoes + 2 tbsp of Babaganoush

• Fennel slices (tastes like licorice) with favourite olive oil-based dressing

• Broccoli and cauliflower florets with 1 ounce low fat cheese, melted

Fruit (+ a bit of protein or fat)

• ½ cup plain yogurt or cottage cheese with ½ cup fresh berries

• ½ cup kefir with 1 sliced peach

• ¼ cup light ricotta cheese with sliced green apple

• ½ grapes with 1 light mozzarella cheese stick

• ½ green apple + 1 tbsp almond butter

• ½ cup apple sauce with 1 tsp ground flax seed

• 2 kiwis + 6 almonds or 2 clementines + 6 walnuts

• ½ cup watermelon or other melon + 2 tbsp roasted soy nuts

• 3  fresh apricots + 1 tbsp hempseeds

• ½ cup chopped mango or pineapple + 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

• 2 fresh figs (halved) wrap in 2 slices of proscuitto (halved)

Seeds, Nuts, Eggs & Dairy

• 10 almonds, walnuts, pecans or cashews

• 18 pistachios or peanuts

• 1 single serve 1% cottage cheese (i.e. Nordica)

• 1 single serve non-fat Greek yogurt (i.e. Chobani)

• 1 light Babybel cheese

• ¼ cup plain yogurt and 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

• 1 hard boiled egg, lightly salted or sprinkled with dill or paprika

• ½ cup Edamame or ¼ cup roasted soy nuts

• 2 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds

• 10-12 tamari roasted almonds

Fun Ideas

• 1-2 cups kale chips

• “Mini pizzas” – 2 Ryvita crisps or 5 Mary’s Organic Crackers topped w/ 1 tsp tomato sauce + ½ ounce melted low fat cheese
