The best exercises for your brain

Dr. Stacy Irvine demonstrates the best exercises you can do at home (or even in the office!) to improve brain function.

Do you ever notice that you feel 400x better after working out? Yes, your muscles may be a wee sore, but that endorphin high you’re rocking isn’t letting anything kill your buzz. But did you know that right after working out, your brain is actually in prime condition to learn? In fact, studies are proving that if you want your brain to absorb and retain information more efficiently, working out beforehand is a key player! So, who needs coffee in the morning when you have a gym? “No way, I need my morning coffee to function,” you say — oh we know, we would never restrict anyone from that, but now you know about the extra wonders of a workout!

Dr. Stacy Irvine is always on top of the best exercises for your bod, but this time she brings us the best ones for our brain! Do them at your gym, your house, or even your office (okay, you may need to wait after-hours for the handstand one).

For a look at these “brain-focused” exercises, take a look at Stacy’s video demonstration in the video below!
