#100ActiveDays: Week 4 round-up

Choosing the stairs over an elevator or escalator is a great way to add some extra active time into your day. Studies show that you burn an average of 10 calories per minute when you’re climbing the stairs — that’s 7 times more calories per minute than standing in an elevator!
