My Milestone Year: Your January milestones

We're a month in to 2015, and we love all the #mymilestoneyear posts you've shared with us! Keep sending them our way!

Tracy turned the big 4-0 in January (Happy Birthday, Tracy!), and she’s making the most of her milestone year. Each month, Tracy will be posting about a new goal on her social media accounts — it could be more time with friends, a fitness goal, or volunteering more in the community.

We want you to join in and make this YOUR milestone year, no matter what your age! Post about your monthly goals (or perhaps you have ONE goal you’re working toward in 2015) on your own social media accounts, and include the hashtag #mymilestoneyear. We’ll be rounding up your posts each month right here on Cityline.ca! Best of luck with accomplishing your amazing goals and reaching those milestones!

If you’ve been following my account you’ll know I hit the big 4-0 this month! Doesn’t matter whether you’re 17 or 69 why not make this YOUR milestone year by coming up with a monthly goal and posting it on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook with the hashtags #MyMilestoneYear #TracyFab40? Every month we’ll round up your best posts and highlight them on @Citylineca’s website Cityline.ca. My January goal has been to spend more time with girlfriends. We do it naturally when we’re younger but often lose touch after marriage and kids. To avoid this, my ride-or-die girlfriends and I have vowed to take a trip together every year. It. Was. Awesome. (That’s Sharon, @arisaroo, Sandy and I ready to seize the day with a high-fat breakfast in Vegas!) See some behind the scenes Vegas action on @Citylineca today at 9am. What’s your goal this month? Post it and join the conversation! #MyMilestoneYear #TracyFab40

I LOVE to dance. What I lack in talent I make up for in passion, and one of my fave things in the whole wide world is Dance Dance Party Party Toronto, a ladies-only dance party/workout with only three rules: no boys, no booze, and no judgement! I run the Toronto chapter with my dear friend @hannawheeler, and it's honestly the best. It's an amazingly fun release, a great way to let out all your stress and shake your sillies out, and all without having to get all dressed up to go to a bar — sometimes a girl just wants to DANCE! For the past few months, Hanna and I have been working hard to get DDPP started again after a hiatus, and so my #MyMilestoneYear goal for January has been to promote & re-launch my all-time fave side project. We had our first party in our new studio this past weekend and it was AMAZING! Goal success!!! (And hey, fellow Toronto ladies! Holla at me if this sounds like your jam and you want to come out and dance with us!)
