We are so excited to be bringing you a new challenge for 2019!  We think this one is great because new research has just been released, and we now understand that simple push-ups are one of the best indicators of your overall heart health.

We are so excited to be bringing you a new challenge for 2019!  We think this one is great because new research has just been released, and we now understand that simple push-ups are one of the best indicators of your overall heart health.  However, we do realize that Push-Ups, in their traditional form, may bring back nightmares of gym class punishment!  We aim to change all of that, and we want you to learn to love this fabulous exercise.

For our Push Up Challenge, we are starting out very easy.  We realize that this may be way too simple for some of you.  If you are not feeling challenged with the early exercises, please feel free to move down the list and find a level that seems appropriate.  If you find the progressions are becoming too challenging, feel free to hang out at an earlier level for a few more days.  This challenge is for YOU, do what feels good for your body, get some friends or family members involved and most importantly…..have fun!

30 Day Push-Up Challenge

Day 1 10 Wall Push-Ups

Day 2 15 Wall Push-Ups

Day 3 20 Wall Push-Ups

Day 4 25 Wall Push-Ups

Day 5 30 Wall Push-Ups

Day 6 Rest

Day 7 15 Incline Push-Ups

Day 8 20 Incline Push-Ups

Day 9 25 Incline Push-Ups

Day 10 30 Incline Push-Ups

Day 11 10 Half Push-Ups

Day 12 Rest

Day 13 15 Half Push-Ups (Push Ups that you start on your knees.  Keeping your body in a straight line from your knees to your shoulders)

Day 14 20 Half Push-Ups

Day 15 25 Half Push-Ups

Day 16 30 Half Push-Ups

Day 17 10 1/2 Push-Ups with Straight Legs (Bend elbows to approximately a 45 degree angle, as compared to a 90 degree angle for a full push up)

Day 18 Rest

Day 19 15 ½ Push-Ups with Straight Legs

Day 20 20 ½ Push-Ups with Straight Legs

Day 21 5 Dead Stop Push-Ups (Lower yourself all the way down to the floor, lift both hands, then push back up to straight arms)

Day 22 10 Dead Stop Push-Ups

Day 23 15 Dead Stop Push-Ups

Day 24 Rest

Day 25 5 Full Push-Ups

Day 26 10 Full Push-Ups

Day 27 15 Full Push-Ups

Day 28 15 Full Push-Ups

Day 29 Rest
