INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
METHOD
- Place a stainless steel mixing bowl over a pot with an inch or two gently simmer water (double boiler). Make sure the bowl is not touching the water.
- Add in all ingredients except dill and whisk for 10-15 minutes until sauce is thick.
