Chicken parm sliders

Bite sized chicken parmesan? Yes please!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Cook nuggets as per instructions
  2. Lay slider buns open faced on a baking sheet
  3. Add tomato sauce to a small bowl and dip each nugget in the sauce to completely cover it
  4. Place a nugget on the bottom of each bun and top with a small slice of mozzarella
  5. Place the baking sheet in the over on broil for a few minutes, watching carefully for the buns to toast and cheese to melt
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle the nuggets with parmesan
  7. Assemble the sandwiches, and add fresh basil as desired
