Roast beef salad with horseradish dressing

Using already cooked leftover roast, dinner will be ready in about 15 minutes.

METHOD

  1. Have the meat, lettuce and onion ready. Toss lettuce and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Make the salad dressing, pour over the lettuce and onion and toss well.
  3. Divide equally between 4 plates, top each serving, equally, with the beef. Serve.
