Mixologist Matthew Sinagoga shows us how to make a delicious limoncello spritz that is filled with refreshing lemon flavours straight from Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
- 2oz limoncello
- 3-4oz prosecco
- 1oz club soda
- Rosemary sprig and rosemary foam (for garnish)
- Add ice to a wine glass.
- First, add the 2oz of limoncello to the glass, followed by the prosecco and club soda.
- Finally, garnish with rosemary foam and a sprig of rosemary.
