A twist on your favourite Earl Grey tea

Your favourite tea - with a terrific twist.

INGREDIENTS

Simple Syrup

METHOD

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil on the stove. Add 1 cup pure cane sugar and stir until dissolved.
  2. Turn off heat and add 3 Earl Grey tea bags and steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and chill in the refrigerator before adding to the cocktail.
  3. Simple Syrup lasts covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Discard if it starts to look cloudy.
