Dark Chocolate and harissa spiced macadamia bark

Mmmm Mmmm good! This bark is packed with flavour and is a chocolately dream!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place half chocolate into a stainless steel bowl over a water bath. Melt softly.
  2. Toast macadamia with harissa to golden brown.
  3. Just as chocolate has melted add the other half. Melt softly and pour out onto the lined baking tray.
  4. Top with toasted macadamia and salt. Chill for 8 minutes, smash and serve.
