Beef korma with sauerkraut

A gourmet meal doesn’t always mean you have to start from scratch. This slow cooker Beef Korma takes advantage of grocery store finds.

4 hrs



  1. In a mixing bowl, mix oil, beef chuck, onion, garlic and korma mix
  2. Place in plastic bag and marinate for 3-4 hours
  3. Cut root vegetables into medium-large pieces
  4. Place everything in a hot pot and add vegetables, broth, sauerkraut and season with salt and pepper
  5. Cook on medium to high heat
  6. Braise for 3 hours
  7. Add coconut cream, peas and yogurt and cook for one more hour
  8. Garnish with coriander
  9. Serve with naan and plain rice
