INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Pour hot sauce into a stainless steel bowl, place on a large pot with 1 inch of simmering water, (the pros call this a double boiler).
  2. Slowly add butter and whisk. Then add bbq sauce.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
