Red wine short rib GBC bake

The hearty short rib bake is perfect for any cold winter day!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Cut 80% through the sourdough every 1-inch horizontally and vertically to make perfect squares.
  2. Brush inside of loaf with garlic butter
  3. Stuff with short rib, onions, rapini and 3/4 of gruyere.
  4. Top with remaining gruyere and bake at 325 for 20 min.
  5. Remove and serve with warmed braising liquid for dipping.
