Spaghetti + turkey meatballs

Delicious ground turkey meatballs seasoned parsley and garlic and finished with parmesan cheese.




1.Preheat oven to 400F and position one oven rack so it’s about 8 inches away from the broiler. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Boil a large pot of water.

2.Combine everything in a large bowl and mix well. Shape meat mixture into balls about 1 ½ in. in diameter. Place meatballs on prepared sheet about 1 ½ in. apart. Bake 15 min or until cooked through. Switch oven to broil. Broil 2 min, watching very carefully, or until the tops are sizzling and dark brown.

3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain then toss with marinara sauce. Top with meatballs.
