Chai London Fog


Experience a London Fog with a delightful twist! Baker Jyoti Nanra shares expert tips to elevate your London Fog by using chai tea instead of the traditional Earl Grey.



  1. In a saucepan, combine chai, spice mix, and one cup water.
  2. Bring to a simmer and then turn off stove and let tea steep for 5-10 minutes. Keep covered.
  3.  Once steeped, pass through a sieve and into a mug.
  4.  Add your desired amount of vanilla syrup and steamed milk.
  5. Dust with more chai spice if desired. Serve hot.
