Smoked salmon smorrebrod with avocado and radishes

An open-faced sandwich with a sophisticated twist!


INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Stir sour cream and horseradish together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread.
  3. Top with sour cream mixture, then layer with salmon, avocado and radishes.
  4. Sprinkle with chives.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
