Summer fresh gazpacho shooters

This cold soup, turned drink, is perfect for entertaining - no matter how small your bubble is!



  1. In a food processor combine all the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  2. Ideally, place in the fridge to chill and flavour to bind for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Stir and serve into shooter glasses.
  4. Garnish with diced cucumber, peppers, and basil
