Veggie pennette primavera

Penette primavera is a celebration of freshness and flavour.

Here’s a light and summer ready pennette primavera!



  1. Boil a large pot of water seasoned with salt, add the pasta and cook to your doneness.
  2. Meanwhile the pasta is cooking prepare the sauce by preheat a skillet, add olive oil, garlic, shallots and green onions.
  3. Once it is translucent add the basil and stir on medium heat to prevent burning, season with some salt and pepper, add the rest of the vegetables.
  4. Add a few spoonsful of pasta water and simmer a minute or two.
  5. When the pasta is done add it to the sauce and stir well tossing to create a creamy consistency, serve immediately.
