INGREDIENTS
Festive Trinity Spritz
- 1oz Vodka
- 3oz tonic
- 2oz sparkling wine
- rosemary sprig
- frozen cranberries
Non-Alcoholic Spritz
- Crushed candy canes for rim/garnish.
- 1 oz corn syrup
- 3oz your favourite flavoured sparkling water
- 2oz non-alcoholic sparkling cider non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Rosemary sprig
- Frozen cranberries
Fireside Warm Hug
- 1 oz Apple Whiskey
- 1 oz Orange Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- dehydrated Orange wheel
METHOD
Festive Trinity Spritz
1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
2. Add vodka, tonic water
3. Float sparkling wine
4. Garnish with a Rosemary sprig and frozen cranberries
Non-Alcoholic Spritz
1. Rim your glass lightly with corn syrup and roll into crushed candy canes.
2. Fill a large wine glass with ice
3. Add flavoured sparkling water
4. Float non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
5. Garnish with a Rosemary sprig and frozen cranberries
Fireside Warm Hug
1. Using a rock’s cocktail class
2. Place ice in the glass.
3. Add the apple whiskey and orange liqueur and stir for 5-10 seconds to mix the liquid and dilute the ice with it a bit.
4. Add a couple dashes of bitters and garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
