INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp grapeseed oil
- 4 ears corn
- 3/4 tsp red chili powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp paprika powder
- 3/4 tsp amchur powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 lime cut into wedges
METHOD
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a small bowl combine all spices and salt.
- Oil corn and grill until desired doneness, a char is best for flavour.
- Remove corn from the grill and brush with butter.
- Use a lime wedge and press it into spices and brush the corn well. Serve and enjoy.
