  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. 
  2. In a small bowl combine all spices and salt. 
  3. Oil corn and grill until desired doneness, a char is best for flavour. 
  4. Remove corn from the grill and brush with butter. 
  5. Use a lime wedge and press it into spices and brush the corn well. Serve and enjoy.
