Chef Johl Whiteduck Ringuette shares his recipe for a classic Indigenous salad - featuring dandelions!

METHOD

Combine greens, top with pear, add grapeseed oil (and optional vinegar) and then sprinkle with dried cranberries. Add salt to taste. If you don’t have a nut allergy, sprinkle on a few crushed walnuts too! Serves 4+.
