Rosemary vanilla cranberry sauce

Is it really thanksgiving without cranberry sauce? Enjoy this flavour packed family favourite on the dinner table this season.



Use frozen and thawed cranberries to cook this delicious cranberry sauce quickly. Use fresh vanilla for a huge kick of flavour or substitute with 1 tsp vanilla extract. Make this sauce in advance and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

  1. In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened slightly. Transfer to a bowl to cool to room temperature. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
