Lazy man fondue for cooking outdoors

METHOD

  1. Gently cut the top off the Brie and place back into wooden case. 
  2. Wrap with foil and top with wine, garlic and rosemary. 
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove when the cheese is flowing. 
  4. Spoon onto any garnish and enjoy.
