These roasted chickpeas are the perfect snack for when you need something on-the-go or are a great addition to salads.



  1. Rinse chickpeas and dry thoroughly with a paper towel or dish towel.
  2. Place in a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, paprika and ground cumin.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool and enjoy!
