Skewered brussel sprouts with orange miso vinaigrette

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 
  2. Trim stem off brussels sprouts and remove any undesirable leaves. 
  3. Blanch for 3 minutes then remove to ice water bath. 
  4. Once cooking stops drain and dry with a kitchen towel. 
  5. Toss sprouts with oil, salt, pepper and skewer. Grill until golden brown all around.
