Gourmet breakfast toasts

INGREDIENTS

Banana and coconut toast

Honey and figs toast

Pear and walnuts toast

Chicken salad toast

White bean toast

Avocado toast

Mixed berries toast

Smoked salmon toast

Cherry tomatoes and bocconcini toast

Cucumber toast with dill and chives

METHOD

1. Banana and coconut toast

Spread almond butter on toast. Top with sliced banana, shaved coconut, and chia seeds.

2. Honey and figs toast

Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on toast. Sprinkle sliced fresh figs, roasted hazelnuts, and fresh thyme. Drizzle honey generously on top.

3. Pear and walnuts toast

Cut the pear over a mandolin. Place pear slices and chopped walnuts on toast. Finish with a dash of olive oil and honey.

4. Chicken salad toast

Mix diced chicken, finely diced apple, and mayo to make chicken salad. Spread chicken salad on toast equally. Top with thin sliced radishes and pea sprouts.

5. White bean toast

To make white bean puree, put cannelloni beans in a food processor with olive oil, salt, and pepper for flavor. Spread the puree on toast and finish with fresh parsley and Zatar.

6. Avocado toast

Place sliced avocado on toast and sprinkle lemon zest and chili flakes for a richer taste.

7. Mixed berries toast

Spread goats cheese on toast. Then top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

8. Smoked salmon toast

Spread toast with mayo (or yoghurt for a healthier option). Place smoked salmon on top. Finish with a splash of lemon juice and capers.

9. Cherry tomatoes and bocconcini toast

Put sliced bocconcini on the bread. Top with cherry tomato halves and fresh basil. Finish with olive oil and salt.

10. Cucumber toast with dill and chives

Spread cream cheese on toast. Place finely diced cucumbers, dill and chives on top.
