Strawberry, grilled radicchio and almond salad

This summer salad is so simple and fresh, perfect for a backyard barbecue.



Buttermilk blue cheese dressing


  • Grill or Roast radicchio until edges are browned and softened (if using oven 400F degrees for 10 – 12 minutes, on the grill on medium heat for approximately 3 mins per side). Cool completely.
  • Blend buttermilk, blue cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Arrange roasted radicchio, frisee, and strawberry on a family style platter. Top with dressing, followed by almonds.
