Easy tapas tomato bread

This recipe takes less than ten minutes - but guarantees deliciousness!

Chef Randy Feltis just got back from his trip to Spain, and he was so inspired by the culture. Here is his recipe for easy croquettes, one of his three tapas recipes the whole family can enjoy!

Serves 2-4 

Prep time 6 minutes 

Cook time 3 minutes (grilled bread)

Special tools: grater, strainer 

  1. Grate tomatoes flesh side down, the skin should be all that is left.
  2.  Strain out the water and add garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
  3. Top on freshly grilled bread and enjoy
