Up the ante with this crispy, spicy shrimp recipe!

INGREDIENTS

Sauce

METHOD

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside
  2. Bring olive oil a large nonstick pan up to 350F.

Batter

  1. Mix buttermilk, flour, cornstarch and egg together to make a batter.
  2. Season Panko with salt and pepper
  3. Working in smaller sets dredge shrimp through the batter then press into bread crumbs.
  4. Fry for a few minutes per side or until golden and cooked throughout.
  5. Remove let drain and coat with Sweet Spicy Chili sauce.
  6. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
