INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Rub zucchini with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill or sear at high heat. 
  2. Remove and slice. 
  3. In a large bowl toss pasta, zucchini, olive oil, feta, mint and citrus. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with zucchini blossoms.
