Quick and easy overnight oats

Make breakfast the night before with this healthy overnight oats recipe from Dr. Joey Shulman!



  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla together until well combined.
  2. Place in a sealed or covered container and place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir in the almond butter and top with fruit. Serve cold and enjoy!
