Local Walleye Fish Dish with Basil Oil

Local Walleye, using homemade basil oil.



  1. Starting with the sauce; add olive oil to a warm pan
  2. Next shallots, asparagus, capers and chili flakes
  3. Add lemon zest and juice. Add Caper juice
  4. Plate on top of fish
  5. Finish dish with Basil oil

Chef's Tip:

Baking fish creates a delicate taste and works very well with sauce.
