METHOD

Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms

  1. In a medium pot bring oil up to 350 degrees
  2. Gently open up flower and remove the stamen. Stuff with mozzarella and twirl back together.
  3. In a medium bowl mix cornstarch, flour and sparkling water. Looking for a light batter consistency.
  4. Fry for 2-4 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Remove, season with kosher salt and black pepper.

Chef's Tip:

Season immediately after frying so the seasoning adheres to hot food
