Heat canola oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium high. Add broccoli and green onions. Cook 2 minutes.
Add edamame, garlic and ginger. Cook 2 minutes.
Add whole grains and cook, stirring often until very hot.
Make some space in the middle of the pan. Add sesame oil, then add eggs. Cook 1 minute then stir the eggs into the grains and vegetables until well mixed. Stir in soy sauce.
