Ice cream cake

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this multi-layer ice cream cake.



  1. Using plastic wrap, line the inside of the cake pan.
  2. Place top layer of cake, flat side down into the base of the cake pan. This will be the top of the cake.
  3. Layer with your choice of ice cream and optional toppings if desired, alternating between cake and ice cream. The last layer should be cake.
  4. Wrap and freeze for 8 hours, overnight or until needed.
  5. When unmolding cake, pull plastic wrap gently and ease it out of the pan.
  6. Flip the cake onto its base and unwrap.
  7. Top with chocolate, caramel or fruit sauce and toppings as desired.
